Entrust your home to Diar

Diar manages homes in Lebanon on behalf of their owners: listings and pricing, guest relations from first enquiry to final review, housekeeping and maintenance, and a monthly statement of account.

Our services

Diar manages homes and serviced apartments in Beirut, on the Batroun coast and in the mountains at Faraya, each attended by its own team. A home performs when its guests are received to a high standard, when it is maintained without prompting, and when its pricing follows the season.

Under Diar's management, the home is photographed and listed on Airbnb, Booking and this site, and its nightly rates are set and adjusted throughout the year. Every enquiry is answered and every guest received; the team remains available on WhatsApp for the duration of each stay, and reviews are collected afterwards. Between stays the home is prepared to a hotel standard: linen changed, minor repairs carried out, essentials replenished. At the close of each month the owner receives a statement of nights sold, revenue and costs, and the owner's share is remitted.

Diar's remuneration is a share of the home's revenue, agreed in advance. No fee is payable before the first guest, and none while the home is unoccupied.

Diar takes on homes that are furnished and finished to a high standard, principally in the three areas where its team is established. Homes not yet ready may be prepared with Diar's assistance, from furnishing to photography. Homes elsewhere in Lebanon are considered following a visit and an assessment of their earning potential.

The owner retains full use of the home. Dates for the owner's own stays are reserved on request, and no minimum term applies.
